We think approvals
should be boring.
Not “exciting” — boring. Like, your client opens a link, taps approve, and both of you move on with your day. That's the entire product vision.
The backstory
TryApprove started because we were tired of chasing clients over email for a simple “yes.” Screenshots in threads. Google Drive links that expire. Slack messages that get buried. It's a universal agency problem, and every solution we tried was either too complex or looked like it was built in 2014.
So we built something simple. A portal where you upload your work, your client clicks a link, and they can approve or request changes on each task. That's it. No onboarding for clients. No passwords. No 45-minute demo calls.
The white-label part matters too — your clients should see your brand, not some third-party tool. When they open the portal, it looks like something you built for them.
What drives us
Simplicity over features
If a feature needs a tutorial, we cut it. Less is more.
Client experience first
Zero friction for the people reviewing your work.
Your brand, not ours
White-label by default, not as an upsell afterthought.
Craft over speed
Small team. Every detail matters to us.
