- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs.

- Your Clients: When you share project content via the client portal, the information you mark as visible will be accessible to anyone with the magic link.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Magic link tokens automatically expire after 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted data at rest, row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication via magic links (no passwords stored). See our Security page for more details.
