Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the TryApprove platform. By using our standard services and client portals, you agree to comply with this AUP. TryApprove reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use TryApprove to upload, share, or embed content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or libelous.
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (including copyrighted work you do not have permission to use).
  • Contains malware, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code.
  • Constitutes spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Contains explicit, pornographic, or highly sensitive violent material without appropriate and legal context.

2. Prohibited Actions

  • Attempting to bypass our security measures or probing for vulnerabilities.
  • Using automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to access or manipulate the platform outside of approved API endpoints.
  • Using magic links to distribute harmful materials anonymously.
  • Reverse-engineering the TryApprove platform or its proprietary client portal interfaces.
  • Selling, reselling, renting, or leasing TryApprove accounts (excluding standard agency-client relationships built into the product).

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this AUP. We may remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this AUP. If your account is terminated for an AUP violation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, particularly regarding harmful content shared via a TryApprove magic link, please notify us immediately at abuse@tryapprove.com.
